Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing every guest with the highest level of care, service, and appointment availability. In order to protect our providers’ time and ensure fairness to all clients, our cancellation policy implements the following:

• A valid credit card will be required on file for all bookings.
• We require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged $75 of the scheduled service amount.
• After two late cancellations or no-shows, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be required for all future appointments.

These policies allow us to better serve clients who are waiting for appointments while protecting the time reserved specifically for you.
